AEO Ethos was created from a journey that brought together healthcare, education, leadership, and a lifelong commitment to helping others grow.

Before entering nursing, founder Amy Osborn, BSN, RN, built a professional background in healthcare sales, senior living, relationship development, and organizational leadership. Through these experiences, she learned how important communication, trust, education, and thoughtful service are in creating meaningful outcomes for both individuals and organizations.

Her transition into nursing was inspired by a desire to move closer to direct healthcare, deepen her clinical knowledge, and contribute to the education and well-being of others in a more personal way.

Throughout nursing school and clinical training, Amy developed a growing passion for professional education, aesthetic nursing, wellness, patient advocacy, and evidence-informed practice. She became especially interested in how complex healthcare information could be translated into education that feels clear, relevant, and empowering.

AEO Ethos was founded as a way to bring these experiences together.

The company combines Amy’s background in healthcare leadership and communication with her nursing education and passion for creating meaningful learning experiences.
